Manage catalog comments
When to use this procedure
Use this procedure to add, edit, or delete comments that will be available to select from the notes box or comments box on the following windows. These comments could be for your store return policies, store hours, or anything else you want to have available for staff to select as common verbiage.
Steps to complete
Select from the options below to edit the comments on your invoice.
- On the Comments window, click Add. The Desc and comment text boxes clear.
- Enter a description for the new comment in the Desc box.
- Enter comment text in the comment text box below the Desc box.
- Click Save.
- On the Comments window, select the comment you want to edit in the Description grid.
- Revise the comment description and text as necessary using the Desc box and the comment box below it.
- Click Save.
- On the Comments window, select the comment you want to delete in the Description grid.
- Click Delete.
